Movement classes to awaken physical and energy body as a receiver of expanding consciousness / Kundalini. Focus on spine, breath, elasticity of muscles and freedom of expression.
Intimate connection to and understanding of own body is integral in navigating life. Body is the resonance chamber responding to phenomena inside and outside of it. When the connection to body is fine-tuned, it gives instant feedback about what is relevant for its well-being.
Classes are held in person in London and as part of all my healing sessions, educational programs and pilgrimages.
Description of a standard class in London:
Main objective: self-healing, vitality and regeneration.
Description: We explore the structure of the body, focusing on the mobility of the spine and creating shapes, which the body enjoys dancing.
Structure (of the body) is the discipline, which when understood correctly, allows for the pleasure of expression: motion in response to the frequencies of music.
First part of the class (one hour): is dedicated to understanding and practicing the coordinated mechanics of spine, core, pelvis, connective tissue, muscles and breath for smoothness of dance-energy flow.
Second part of the class (one hour): self-meditation, enjoying exploring the movement to music.
In classes we progressively build awareness of our breath and spine. The reward is instant, confirmed by new neuropaths: the feeling of light-ness and new ideas.
